    Julia Cannatelli is a registered psychologist with over 17 years experience in psychology and workplace consulting. Her background includes work in business consulting, counselling, disability, rehabilitation and community settings. Specialising in the treatment of a wide range of mental health concerns across the developmental lifespan, Julia utilises a number of current evidence-based techniques including cognitive behavioural, solution focused, interpersonal, mindfulness, contextual, solution and emotion focused approaches.

    Julia has worked in both corporate psychology and senior management roles in the occupational psychology sector in both Australia and the UK. Currently providing EAP services to employees in various organisations, including SEEK Ltd, with the primary focus in supporting companies to foster a healthier work place for employees, leading to higher levels of performance, engagement, productivity and retention.

She holds a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology and has a strong background in vocational and workplace rehabilitation. Michelle's clinical interests lie in working with adults, utilising a broad range of cognitive-behavioural and solution-focused techniques to help her clients overcome a variety of issues.

    With a compassionate and empathetic approach, Michelle provides her clients with a safe and non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts and feelings. She believes in the power of collaboration and works closely with her clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

    Michelle's expertise in vocational and workplace rehabilitation allows her to assist individuals struggling with work-related stress and other challenges in the workplace. Additionally, she has extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma-related diagnoses, and other life experiences.

    Maggie is a clinically trained registered psychologist with over 15 years of experience in counselling, psychology and assessment services.

    She has worked in various mental health, organisational, rehabilitation and community settings, including public sector agencies such as the Commonwealth Rehabilitation Services and Services Australia.

    She has experience in treating a wide range of mental health issues, providing EAP services, case management work and a variety of psychological assessments. Maggie uses cognitive behavioural interventions and a range of other evidence-based approaches such as solution focussed techniques, narrative and interpersonal approaches, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy and motivational interviewing. She tailors her approach taking into account specific mental health concerns and the types of changes client’s wish to make in their lives, client preferences, as well as any relevant time and practical constraints.

    Maggie aims to provide a warm, engaging and non-judgemental environment of collaborative work to establish joint treatment goals, help clients achieve real improvements in their wellbeing and provide lasting insights and skills.
